Will it go high enough to lift a pin?
If by moving pins you mean around your games room then nothing beats these
If it’s to move them in and out of your van than a sack barrow from Costco like mine
I also made this contraption to level my legs before that pin jack thing came out and surprisingly use it quite a bit still. This is a cheaper version of what you pictured in your initial post and I doubt it will go high enough hence my wood stool thingamybob
If it’s to work on pins without legs then a trolly lift is probably the way to go, I got rid of mine in favour of the above.

Wow, loads of lifting options lol, yeah maybe it will not have enough lift height, it is for motor bikes, don't fancy faffing about with it tbh, not often I need to move them about but when I do it's a ball ache literally!
