Playing Bad Cats at Amuseworld the other day, I was chuffed that I managed the highest score and was awarded three credits. I must have had a smile on my face because a young lad came over and asked me what I would win. I told him that I don't get anything except free plays. He said, 'No money then?'. I told him no. His final words: 'What's the point then?'

Now, my children are five and four and they love playing pinball, little boy even has his own Toy Story pin next to Daddy's - I shall teach them the ways of pinball - it's about skill and having fun.

In the words of my grandad - 'What is the world coming to?'. I guess this lad's response is why it's now so hard to find pinball machines out there, they were everywhere when I was growing up.

Why does that not surprise me. The youth of today. Bah.

There I go again talking like my Dad.
