Very long shot this but worth a try!
I'm restoring a Gottlieb Flipper Pool which has the drop down plastic pool balls in the backbox (same as Bank-a-Ball)
My #10 is missing and #3 is damaged
Does anyone have these lying around used or new repro?
If not I'll be adding them to an order from PBR if...
Great thank you. Will will message the organisers when he finishes work today to check he does actually have a place. How do supporters confirm their attendance, and is there somewhere we should be paying something in advance? Sorry for all the questions, I only heard about this as I was driving...
Does anyone know, if I go with Will to this tournament what is available to me as a supporter? Can I get in the venue, are there games (or even comps) I can play?
I've bought a new motor for my BSD to replace one which died
Has anyone had experience of swapping one of these?
Is it easy, hard? Anything I should be aware of before I start?
I tried Googling it but couldn't find anything where anyone had done it despite motors being available and references...

Many thanks
David

Thank you Matt for picking up the baton - I'm sure your experience and enthusiasm will be invaluable in dealing with the...

It's a pretty good standard condition game (no mods or LEDs) with everything working
There's a little wear around the fish inserts but not too bad - I have a playfield protector that I've not yet fitted...
I am 98% confident that the underlying problem here is with one of the coin switches on the door.. Having seen a photo I think these are microswitches, and by using them to add credits I believe the lady has either bent a switch or, more likely, caused the end of it to come out of the cut out...
From the info the buyer has given me it seems you told her to add credits by flicking the coin hair trigger on the door. I think in doing so she has permanently closed the coin switch. I've suggested to her she look at that.
Really in selling an EM to a total newbie you should have modded it...
I don't know any EM person nearby I'm afraid. If it can be brought to me in Huddersfield I'll do it but I'm away until the 18th
I feel we are overthinking this. If it was working when it left, there should be very little wrong with it now
My top 3 checks here would be
1. All Jones plugs...
