Thanks Jay its odd ive owned this machine for nearly 20 years and only just twigged that its wrong, I never play TAF at shows or in the wild if i spot one, so jusy a chance youtube video had a snap of it and i though mines different than that.
I’ve recently got all my games out of long time storage and had a couple of issues to resolve on TAF.
Now that its playable again ive realised that the text for the Mamushka is in French, this isn’t surprising as its a French machine but is set to English in the settings.

Replaced u4 op amp and burnt c28 added trace back to earth, powered back up c26 exploded and took out new u4 op amp.
Installed u4 and new c26 and 3rd time lucky all good.
I replaced the backbox speaker and it sounds great but the cabinet one whilst working sounds crap its ripped and was on fire...
Speaker in backbox is also toast measures 0.6 ohms and a trace has lifted/burnt on the path to ground on C28 i dont have a U4 LM7812 to hand so cant get much further.
Just booted my old TAF which has been in storage for a few years, game boots fine but with a very load hum and smoke coming from the speakers.
I’ve disconnected the sound board and all is well, where do i start ? Is it the capacitors have failed and now i have AC at the speakers ? I havent...
It had full install of superflux non ghosting leds and cliffys full polish on metal work re built flippers etc but was too rough to keep in my collection so moved it on dont miss the gameplay but do miss the machine

Also sticks on your table might be 8 way and some of the old games are played using 4 way sticks meaning you get stuck in corners or cand get off ladders etc
